I was just getting into it when it ended so quickly. The story was good but had too many errors. These characters are too simple though. Danez and his boys in the streets making big money and taking over someone else's territory with no goons, no house alarms, no vicious dogs. Who does that? They definately need to step up their game. Then you have Ronnisha who claims to be a ride or die but has no clue what she's getting into. She calls herself getting info to help Danez but is giving out just as much. I hope Demarcus can make it through because there's only four of them. This could still get good though.Product details

I was given an advance copy for an honest review
Personally, I was annoyed with the "And Stuff" that was used after every, other sentence. It wasn't terrible but I won't be buying the next one.
The book was OK. It had to many grammatical errors which were distracting when trying to read.
I love the way Danez and Ronnisha love each other and know how it is when the family doesn't care for the thug. I like the way Danez looked out for his boys and how observant he is. However I think that the story could have ended better to the point where the 2nd part would pick up where the first one left off.
The street life can be dangerous, fun and intense but love can have you so far gone ain't no turning around.This book take on a journey on love, life , hatred choices and so much more .I will be reading more by this author as well
Pretty good storyline but hard to read because of the constant use of the phrases "and stuff" "and s***". Kinda seem like a kid wrote the book.
The story line was good but the wording had me lose interest about 4-5 times. The fact that every other sentence ended with “and shit”, “and stuff”, & “or something” had me skipping through, but then I would have to go back in order to understand the chapter. I’m sure Ms. Amber can hold a conversation without saying and stuff. It makes the characters sound young minded. It fits Sharon character but not all.
